Gurvantes soum of Umnugovi aimag
Southgobi Sands LLC is planning to construct a coal-processing plant relying upon Ovoot Tolgoi, Sumber-Biluut coal deposit. In order to provide the water supply required by the proposed coal processing plant, the company has implemented a groundwater exploration project in the Tooroin Shand and Soumber-Biluut coal deposit sites. Under this project, we have developed the ToR of the groundwater exploration study, report on groundwater exploration survey and water resource report, and obtained the approval of the reports from the relevant government agencies.
